Basic questions to answer to get a guide price for a wood floor:

• What wood do you want?
• How big is the area in square meters (or feet)?
• How is that area made up (number of rooms, rough shape etc.)?
• What is the existing base (boards, concrete etc.)?
• How many doorways are there?
• How many fire hearths are there?
• Do you need any matwells made?
• Are we moving skirting, fitting beading, supplying new skirting etc..?
